Im sooo excited, I'll be joining Friday morning after my check goes in Thursday night.  You will NOT be walking alone, but you can hold my hand!!!

I cant wait, I know its gonna be a great time, maybe I'll get a hotel room and anyone who wants can come and hang out the night before!!!

we are talking about the Obesity Walk in Little Rock on Sept 26. I walked it last years and will be walking it this year. I am the team capt......

basically we are trying to get people registered to walk and raise awareness and raise money for further education and so on.

you are welcome to join the walk.  we are all family!!!!

You know me, I rarely stray from the lap-band board, but felt adventurous and went exploring.

I'll send you a PM with my phone number. I understand on loosing numbers, my old phone used to randomly delete numbers for me. I go to call people and either ALL of their info would be gone or there would only be a partial phone number there.
