Hi all,

I hope you all are enjoying the wonderful weather by getting out for some exercise!  Gary and I have started walking 2 miles every night after dinner. Yeah us! Sure beats vegging in front of the computer. Maybe that's why it's been so slow around here. Feel like I'm talking to myself these days.

Oh well, here's my Saturday:

Hey Susan,
I have just been busy and havent slowed down long enough to get online much.  Thursday I had a bored (board) meeting that lasted 3 hours, then came home and took care of critters and went to the barn.  Friday Mike and I cleaned house all day, then met friends for a glass of tea that evening, and after we came home, I just kicked back and enjoyed a good book.  Trying NOT to veg in front of the computer as much.

Yesterday was a horse show, where I sat out in the sun, soaked up much Vitamin D and had a great time.  See new post on that.

Food yesterday was ok, but needs to be better.

Breakfast-Sausage patty (homemade sausage) 2 egg
Lunch-4 bites of fries covered w/chili and cheese at waffle house
(was what mikey ate, and I didnt want to eat much, so didnt order for me)
Dinner-Turkey hot dog and 99%fat free smoked sausage, slice of wheat bread

Lots and lots of water, twas HOT at the show!!

That was my day, how bout everyone else?

Hi friends
Just a quick stop by to say hello.   It is a beautiful weekend for all to enjoy.  I did the annual clean out the garage deal yesterday.  I didn't enjoy it, but everthing is now in its proper place and looks good again.
Good job, Susan on the nightly walks.  I am working on it but haven't yet made it into a habit - still somewhat sporadic.
Rhonda, sounds like a great day with the horses yesterday.  Glad you got to enjoy it.
Hope everybody else is doing well.

Here is Saturday's grub for me:

B - Scrambled egg w/ cheese and half wheat english muffin
L - Turkey & cheese sandwich
D - Filet on grill w/  half ear of corn on cob.
S - Latte, south beach cinnamon raisin bar, lots of iced tea

Yesterday I had coffee in the morning.

BFAST: Toast with cream cheese

LUNCH: Beef TV Dinner

DINNER: Pork cutlet, chicken gravy and 3 bites of parmesion pasta salad

Dinner wasn't the greatest, I am out of my canned veggies/beans but payday is Weds so I will be able to stock up on my canned goods and also my lunchables (turkey and cheese with wheat crackers, it's my fave for lunch, but I never can eat all 8 crackers/meat/cheeses, only 5)
