What are you eating and what's eating you? Wednesdat edition
Morning boys and girls,
Sorry I missed a day, but that's the way life can be sometimes, right???
So, yesterday was not a good day for me and food. I had to get lunch on the fly and was invited to a garden party last evening, and didn't know it would include dinner. Of course, the hostess and other guests haven't had WLS, so there were no choices that were really right for me. Today will be better, I'm certain. I will MAKE it better!

bkfst: leftover chicken quesidilla
latte--skinny w/protein
lunch: banana, 7 ww pretzel sticks
1/2 PB&J

dinner: quiche (from Diane's....certainly not low or fat free!!), 2 bites fruit salad(drenched in sugary dressing), 2 bites poppy seed muffin, 10 cheese cubes
Bottom line? Too much fat, not enough protein. Today will be better
Cals: 1616 fat: 67 carbs: 144 protein: 77

I'm on my lunch break, so figured I'd check in. I guess my problem with food lately (and it's not really with FOOD per se, but my entire LIFE lately) is that I'm not putting enough focus and energy on ME. I have been so focused on helping my hubby find a job and kids get school wrapped up that everything with ME has just been held together with scotch tape and bubble gum until I can get to it. This week has been a really stressful week at work - not the actual work, just... well other issues that I can't really go into because this IS the internet. But home is doing really great because we have begun to go through everything and de-clutter the house. I'm actually SORT of doing that same thing at work, so that's good too.
