I am eating. Every single day. Whether I want to or not. Here is yesterday:
B - carb-master yogurt and laughing cow cheese
L - cottage cheese and banana (not together)
D - peel 'em and eat 'em shrimp with coctail sauce and apple salad
S - South beach cinnamon raisin bar / 2 ff lattes
Pretty boring stuff yesterday, but yesterday was a pretty boring day. Sometimes boring is OK though.
I did have something different earlier this week. Stephanie made me a black bean burger. It was very good and had good numbers as well. Quite tasty with plenty of spices and onions, peppers etc. Way better than a hamburger both in taste and nutrition.

Lunch: 2 Tbs. whole wheat pasta dressed with FF italian dressing
Dinner: 2 Tbs. 98% FF hot dog (chopped up really well)
Snack: 1 slice FF american cheese and 2 FF crackers
