Good Saturday morning my friends!

Here we are at Memorial Day, can you believe it? Next thing you know we'll be talking about the "C" holiday (can't even bring myself to say it!). I planned on working half day so we could go to Riverfest, but with the weather the way it is it looks like I'll just come on home and label bottles and jars for Saint Bella. Bummer!

Yesterday turned out to be a not so great food wise, not that it was terrible, I just went over my allotment by about 100 cals.  It was the mini vanilla wafers that got me.Again, bummer.

Here it is:

latte -1% milk
 B---breakfast burrito
latte w/ protein-2% milk
 L---Cedarlane Pizza wrap
SBD high pro cereal bar
cottage cheese w/ yogurt
 D---pasta w/ meat sauce (ground turkey), corn
latte-2% milk
10 mini vanilla wafers

Cals: 1516 Fat: 41  Carbs: 196  Pro: 112

Hopefully to day will be better.

Hey Susan,
Yesterday was a bummer all the way around, food and activity and all.  Foot is still hurting alot, so I stayed on the couch at Mikes dads all day.
Today we have a birthday party at the barn, but Im gonna sit and rest and watch the party happen.

Yesterdays food is as follows:
2 eggs and 1 slice organic cheddar
1 mini brownie
5 bites veggie soup
lots of diet dr. p and some crystal lite
3 shrimp and 2 potato babies

See, it was horrible, not just bad, horrible.  I have got to get back on track, maybe posting will help that as well.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday, have company coming this evening and Im not sure how long she will be here, but shes pleasant so I dont mind that part.

I the foot getting any better at all? Dang, honey. Sure hope it starts turning around for you soon.

Is this all you're eating on a typical day? If so, you're not eating enough to even get to your basic calories to keep going (brownie excepted..lol. No room to talk w/ my vanilla wafers).  You many not be moving around much, but you should be getting at least 1000 cals a day. Keep trying.
