An invitation/ challenge
Morning everyone!
We haven't been doing the "what are you eating" thread for a very long time. I have come to realize that even though I log my food on fitday.com every single day, I'm not taking personal responsibility for my eating since I'm the only one who sees what it is that goes onto my plate.
So.....here's the challenge. I'm going to post my daily food log and I'd like to see everyone post AT LEAST ONE DAY a week what they are eating. If you would like a critique of your diet, please let us know. Personally, I'm a little timid about commenting on someone's diet unless they ask for help. Don't want to step on toes or be critical if someone doesn't want help!
Bottom line? If I'm struggling, I'm sure I'm not alone!
Here's my Thursday:
1% latte
B: Lite english muffin w/ L F cream cheese and 3 slices of deli roast beef
Starbucks skinny latte w/added protein
S: banana
L: Lean Cusine turkey w/ green beans
S: 1/4 PB&J
1% latte
D: Beef fajitas w/ WW tortilla, FF beans
S: apple w/ peanut butter
Cals: 1401
Fat: 43
Carbs: 186
Pro:84
