last night's meeting

Well, we talked about all of you who weren't there. You gave us permission and we all chatted you up.....because we MISSED you!!!  So, if your ears were burning, it was because we were sorry you couldn't make it.

It was a great meeting (at least I thought it was...lol), with lots of Newbies. Two, just a week out from surgery!  The pre-op meeting was lead by Pam and Charmaine from the 6th floor. Lauren wasn't able to make it, so they took over and we had a great time. The room was full and the group was full of questions, which is always nice for us post ops. I think we feel more useful than just being put on display when we're able to interact with the group like we did last night.

Okay, off and running for another day of project Little Rock Beautification

I thought the meeting was great last night! I wanted to say Thank You for all the work you do for these meetings, and for being our fearless leader.(LOL) It is very helpful to meet other people who are sharing the same life changing experience as you. I know these meetings really help me stay motivated.

Thanks for another great meeting!  I always feel so insprired by everyone, the meetings really help me recharge.

What kind of goodness did you find at Whole Foods? I just love that place and Fresh Market. Actually, I have to stay away from both of them or I tend to spend all that I''ve made that week...LOL!

I agree with you.  I knew the OLD Marcia.  I did not recognize the new one.

I bought some fancy cheeses, fat-free plain organic yogurt, a few different protein bars (I am trying to find ones I like) and some fancy crackers for the fancy cheese.  Maybe a few other odds and ends- one bag of groceries for too much money.  

I tend to call Whole Foods- Whole Paycheck   I either go to Whole Foods or Fresh Market when I am in West LR, I can not do both or we would go broke.

I loved the meeting.  It was wonderful! 

I always feel good after I go - no matter how the meeting "goes"!  But it was a really good one! 

I miss everybody already!
