And the answer is.....
NO SURGERY!!!  I went to see a doc at ortho arkansas today and he told me I had a very bad sprain, but nothing that needed surgery.  I have the kind of tear that foot ball players get when they tear the ligament between the ankle and lower leg bone. Time will heal it, and I'll be ok.  In the walking boot for 3 more weeks.  I plugged my ears when he talked about not riding!!!

I'll be careful..

Got my foot twisted around while riding my horse, we dropped the halter off so i could ride out of the barn, it hung on the toe of my boot, and when I rode out, it twisted my foot all the way around backwards!!!

Ouch!! Yeah, I said that!!!!

Sorry you are sneezy!!  We must get well!!

So glad you're not having surgery. Sounds like it is going to take some time to heal. You better mind that doctor and stay off the horse for a while....lol. Easier said than done, huh?

I'm not a horse person myself, but I do think they are beautiful animals. And I'm sure they will be glad just to see you everday and love the attention you will shower upon them....
