Well now you know what you need, are you diabetic?  How high is it?  Are you going to see your doctor to see how to lower it?  Did Christy tell you anything else?  The journey is tough, but the outcome is well worth the reward.  It’s your life and you want to be healthy, don’t give up and do whatever you can to make it happen!  Let me know how it all goes.

Hey Toni!

We have a lot in common. Same height, about the same weight and amount of loss, some of the same WOW's and certainly the same challenges. Too bad they can't operate on our brains at the same time, huh???

Hey Kiddo....

Aren't all-the-way-around hugs the best???

I know you think sometimes you're a failure, but believe me, you're NOT!  After eight years I think you're doing great. I'm only 2 1/2 yrs out and have some of the same challenges you have, so no, you're not alone!

Hope to see you around more. We appreciate your honesty and experience!

I bet your weight loss has made your job so much easier.

11 Biggest challenges          early out it was getting enough fluids, later out it was/is truly seeing my body - the way it really looks as opposed to how I THINK it looks or how I FEEL it looks

Boy, I thought for the longest time that someone had played a dirty trick on me and switched clothes in the laundry. How could my fat butt fit into those tiny undies and pants???

You've done an amazing job, Wendy, and you're such a marvelous source of information for us!!!  Thanks so much for all you to.

Hope you're feeling better and had some respite from the craziness at work. But, since you haven't been around much, I'm thinking no.

Take care!  Maybe we'll chat soon

Hugs

Hi Marcia

Isn't Dr Fuller the cutest thing?  You've done a great job in your first year, and I know you'll continue to do well on your journey.

Glad to see you, hope it's more often!
