Thursday's Highlights...

Good morning everyone....hope you are all well and dry on this Thursday morning. Its a pretty day here...nice and warm and DRY...we have not gotten any rain and we desperately need it. I went for a little walk this morning before I got ready for work and I was looking at the fields and the crops that we have in the ground are really in need of water. Hopefully it will rain soon!

School is winding down for me....slowly! I have had a  good year but I am ready for it to be over. The student's last day is June 3rd but my last day will be May 26th since I am having surgery on the 27th!

Anyway, just wanted to say good morning and see what everyone else is up to? Come on....share with us.....

I've missed you guys!

I ran at my clinic on Thursday and it was a terribly windy day... I sneezed and sneezed all night and into the next day, then Friday I got home from work and got in bed.  There I stayed until Tuesday!  I had my terrible annual cold, but I feel I am putting it behind me now.  The real test will be tonight -- running again, first time in a week!  I'll be taking it super easy, of course, but I'm still a bit nervous.  I hope the rain holds off until 7:30 tonight!

Everything else is cruising along...

Sorry about the cold and I hope you get your run in tonight. The weather here is perfect, so I'm sure you will

suuuuuuuuper busy for the next few days, so gotta run....hehehehe

I am excited for you. I used Dr. WEllborn.  He is the best as well as every one of his staff.  I feel like family when Im there,  I have lost 52 pounds in  3.5 months.  I cant believe it.  I just hope I can continue to be faithful to myself and my band.  
I would love to stay in touch and help you in your journey.  I live in Jacksonville,and work in Cabot.  

[email protected] will bring you right to my screen.  I have kinda got away from the weightloss sites, since the surgery.  I guess I just needed to let my brain air out,,,,i lived and breathed it before surgery.
