Wild and crazy Wednesday

Well, not really. Just another beautiful day here in AR.

Sure enjoyed our time at Bucks with Wendy, Steve, Megan and Dian. Gary went along, too. Steve and Wendy, hope he didn't bore you with his photos. I think he just wanted to break the ice.

There's more to the Bariatric Advantage story this morning. The actually charged my account $4.03 for shipping or something, unauthorized and any rate. This is becoming a comedy of errors.

Not much going on here. I'm trying to get motivated to do some Saint Bella, but it's just not working. I'm pretty depressed about it, actually. So, nothing to do but forge on.

Gotta go get the day started. Hope you all have a good one. Go out and enjoy this sunshine!

I had a great time hanging out with you guys.  Megan was in fine form, she talked up a storm, huh?  We loved Gary's pictures!!!  He's got some real talent there.  What's up with Saint Bella?  Why are you depressed?

I can't believe those Bariatric Advantage goobers are still at it!  Unreal...

I'm staying home from work today.  I had THE WORST gas attack ever last night, I was up late into the night trying all the tricks I used on colicky babies, ha ha.  My poor sleep-deprived self can't help but phone it in today.

My hope is after a couple extra hours of sleep I can take a short run before we take Megan to the doctor this afternoon.  Maybe I can get going on my garden, too?  Not holding my breath on that one...

Y'all have a good one!

Well, Tess is crazy busy with work, school and now wedding season where she's in high demand by bridal parties for her make up services. So, for the last 4-5 weeks we really haven't done much, if anything on SB. I've invested so much of my time and especially $$$$, that I worry that it's just going to die on the vine. I'm at the point where I just can't get motivated to do anything.

I should have had you give me a swift kick when I saw you last night.

did you try Gas-x??  I keep it in the house all the time. It's a life saver!

Morning all.   I too enjoyed our time at bux yesterday.   And Gary's pictures were not at all boring.   He's a good photographer and I enjoyed seeing some of his work.   Good to finally meet him as well, hope to see more of him in the future.   Enjoyed Megan too.   She seems like a fun young lady - full of life and very personable.  It's always good to see a young person who can relate to old goats like us (well, some of us - not everyone is an old goat - I speak for myself here)

This bariatric advantage thing is not making me want to order anything from them.   The creamy bites and the cinnamon calcium both sound good, but when they include a total lack of service and all of the added frustrations of apparent incompetence.

Wendy, sorry you had a rough night.   Hopefully, a nap and some sunshine will restore things to a much more pleasant state.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Good sunny morning!  It is so nice outside, I'm sure I'll be opening the windows.  Sorry I couldn't make it to starbucks.  Lately I have been a pretend supervisor a lot..and I have to wor****il at least 5:30...  I have to get some housework done today, and really want to do more on a painting that's been in the works for many months.  It's for me though, so I don't push myself to work on it much.  I am starting my 3rd day of the 5dpt.  So far so good.  I need to see what I do on day 6 and beyond.
Ya'll have a lovely hump day..at least for most of the population.  Not for us Saturday workers :)

the 5dpt is going fine..except today I could tell I was having severe withdrawls or low blood sugar because I couldn't think at work.  It's not good for the postal supervisor to make mistakes.  So I had some carbs.
I also did a workout with Bob from the Biggest loser...i'm sore!

Today has been just as crazy as yesterday- only item that is better is I was able to quit working at 5 instead of 7:30.

I am beat.  I hope I can sleep better tonight.

After posting the thankful post yesterday, I went to the barn to ride and it went DOWN HILL from there!!!  Got her out, brushed her, got her all pretty, got the saddle, bridle and all on her, then I got on her!!  Well, the last thing we do is remove the halter, so Mike removed the halter and cross tie rope, and when he did, it hung on the toe of my boot, and when Windy and I attempted to leave the barn, I was hung in the halter, which promptly turned my foot around completely.  I must tell you, our toes were made to point forward NOT backward.  It popped 3 times, and felt like my ankle had exploded.   So, Mike takes me off the horse, while Im crying, and gets me to the hospital to check it out.  NOT broken, but all ligaments are pulled, some loose and a hair line fracture in the top of the foot!!!!  Needless to say, Im supposed to be flat of my bac****il tomorrow evening, at that point, I can start applying very little weight!!!
Wont make the parade Saturday, and may not make the next horse show.  Im a little down, I dont stay in bed well, and I really wanted to ride in that parade.  OH WELL, Im still thankful its not broken or require surgery.

Sooooo....if Im MIA for a few days, now you all know why.  Love you all, play nice while Im gone.
