Magnificant Monday
I'm so looking forward to drying out around here. Our rain gauge says we've gotten a hair over 20 inches so far this year. I think I'm growing moss on my feet.
The photo shoot was amazing. Stressfull, but great. As soon as Gary processes the pics I'll post the link to his website so you can see.
We're going to Jesus Christ Superstar tonight. My favorite musical, by far.
Starbuck's Tuesday evening----5:00 Rodney Parham location.
Hope to see some folks there. I have to leave the salon for a few hours for a funeral, so there's a chance I'll have to stay at work to get someone in later in the day. Gotta make $$ when I can, so I'll try my best to be there. Lattes over hairspray any day!
have a great week and go enjoy that sunshine!

Here I was, all prepared for a fully dedicated week of hard work, not thinking about anything but hard work, and then you go and contribute to my delinquency by diverting my attention to the weather and the golf course. Now I have to fight the temptation to sneak out and play golf in the beautiful sunshine. Gee, I wonder how this crisis of decision will turn out.
It does look like a beautiful week in Arkansas, so I hope everyone gets to do their favorite outdoor thing sometime this week. Looking forward to seeing Gary's pics, and looking forward to Starbux on Tuesday.

I normally wouldn't be on here at this time..however as I was just about to pull out of my drive-way this morning..recieved a call from my boss asking if I would be a pretend boss today. So of course, being the nice person that I am (and for the extra money) I said yes. Now I don't go into wor****il 8:30 instead of 6:30. I do love starting work at 6:30 though..as I get off so early in the day.
That being said, I have started the 5dpt today. I hope it gets me jump started on weight loss again.
Hope you all have a wonderful day...
Kelley
It is lovely out today, isn't it?? I'm looking forward to the running clinic tonight.
It's a sad day here at the old Red Cross; our dear receptionist lady passed away this morning. In a way, it's a blessing -- she's been very ill for several years and her poor body just quit on her after a heart attack last week. I remarked that I was upset she'd basically worked until her passing, but I was reminded of how much she loved all of us... that we were her family. *sniffle*
Anyway. Between the rain Saturday and my general aches and pains yesterday (I need a new bed), no running this weekend was had. My body feels better today, so I hope for a good run tonight. Hopefully all will be back on track this week with the lovely weather and lots of allergy medicine!
See some of you tomorrow, I'm looking forward to it! Susan, I hope you can make it. ;)
Hey Susan, hope you have fun at your concert this evening.
Just wanted to let you guys know I'm having a crappy Monday. I'm sure if any of you watch the news this evening you will see a story about a couple from Judsonia that was a murder-suicide story. Well, that man was my ex-son in law and the father of my two year old grand daughter. As you can expect, we are still reeling around her. Because....he had her this weekend. He gets her every other weekend. So my daughter had picked her up from him about one yesterday. Then
he took his other daughter home that lives in Jonesboro. Then I guess he came back home and killed his wife and shot himself. The information is still coming in really slow.
For those of you out there that say prayers, we could sure use some around here.
On another matter, I go to Dr. Baker tomorrow for my one year checkup. We will see how that goes. Then I'm off to Cabot after my appointment to stay with my sister for a couple of days and help her out. She had knee replacement surgery last Thursday. So I will be in Cabot for a few days. But I will have my laptop with me . So I will be checking in on you guys.
Everyone enjoy the sunshine and have a good day.
AND BE GOOD TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THE DAY WILL BRING!!!
Ann
There's not much anyone can do, but just keep those prayers coming, because honey, I can feel them in my heart.
