Morning one and all,

Wendy #2, looks like it will be a heavenly day for your son. Get out those board games!  I'll be inside working all day, rubbing feet and cutting hair. I need to go to the grocery store sometime this weekend, but sure hate to when it's raining cats and dogs.

Not a lot of exciting stuff going on here. We just keep on truckin'

So.........what's everyone else doing this wet weekend?

Well this is our weekend alone, no children from either side so we go on dates! Today we are going to do the BIG TO DO ON 22, yard sales along highway 22 from Barling to Dardanelle, I got a bunch of one dollar bills ready!

Tonight we are going to a Cajun restaurant in downtwon Van Buren.

Also I rescheduled my Thyroid Ultrasound for next Thursday so my pcp yesterday said she could also feel the nodule on the left side too.........I really am sick of doctors offices, I also weighed 185 at her office yesterday so I am up and gotta get back down!

I am going to have to start my serious exercise routine with the warm weather on the way, my jeans were all uncomfortable this past month and well it just sucks! lol

I can do it and I will promise ya!

Sorry I won't make the Fort Smith meeting today but I didn't see hubby much this week with him working days and me working nights, so I have to put that relationship first today, please dont be mad at me.

Best Wishes
AmyBeth

AmyBeth, you take care of yourself,,,PLEASE!  No matter how sick you are of doctors, you can't ignore these types of things. I'm sure once you get your thyroid situation straightened away you'll get your weight back on track too.

You and hubby have a nice time together...

Morning Sunshine!!!
I'm still at the hospital with my sister. She is doing good. She is going home today. So when she leaves I'm going to run over to Savers and see I can find me some clothes. I have no short sleeve clothes. And it is suppose to get warm next week.
Hey Susan,
I need a hair trim. Would it be alright if I call you up some time and make an appointment to get my haircut at where you work?

Hey Ann,
I wouldn't count on being too warm this summer. After all the weight you've lost you might be pleasntly surprised and find you're actually COLD!  I'm never, and I mean NEVER warm enough now. I want so badly to wear my cute capris and sandals, but I know I'll be turning blue at work. They all have the air cranked up to the deep freeze zone and I stand with ice on my nose.

I'd love to cut your hair, but aren't I an awfully long drive? I work in West LR, clear out Hwy 10. Maybe we can work it out when you're coming into town. Let me know!

Yep, it's soggy out there.   Had to make a trip to Clarksville today to interview a young man about becoming our youth pastor.   Had a nice dry trip up there and a good interview with him, but a real soggy trip home.  It poured down hard all the way back.
Got all of our summer flowers and planted them yesterday.  Good thing I didn't plan to do that today.  I put in a new bed off of the back deck - you know, one of those out of the landscape bricks on a hillside.   Glad to have that project finished.  Got a good workout building it and then hauling in the dirt and mulch to fill it with.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.   I am planning to stay in for the rest of the day and just vegetate.   I hope nobody decides to change my mind about that.

why did you drive when you could have taken the "last train to Clarksville"?  Great, now I have the Monkees stuck in my head.   AGH!!!

Sounds like you've had a pretty full weekend already. Got a head start, did ya?  I'll send you my address and you can come here next to do our yard. I don't plant anything that isn't made of silk or plastic. No point!

Kinda soggy and sloppy and muddy here. Makes going to the barn REAL fun, lol.

Mike and I went to the horse barn this morning before it started raining and brushed our horses, since the horse show got rained out.

Came home and Mike got our fishing poles rigged up ready to river fish.  Cant wait to go if it ever stops raining.

Not alot else going on, just killing time and listening to the rain, hope everyone else has a great weekend.  Stay warm and safe.

Rhonda, thank you so much for the larger font. I can read you without squinting....and  you know that's not good for my crowsfeet....lol

Next weekend is supposed to be nice. Well, that's what they say today, we'll see what they say tomorrow!

You take care and say Hi to Mr Mike!

No problem on the font, I didnt realize the other font showed up small!!!  Im an illiterate computer junkie.

Hope its nice next weekend, since we are supposed to ride in a parade.  If it rains, we'll also never get our horse show season started.  We have 3 rain dates for the season, so maybe we wont have to use all 3!!

Hope you have a great week, and by the way, now IM singing the Monkees tune!!!  Wonder if Steve knows how much I appreciate that!!  Maybe I'll hear another tune that I can sing myself to sleep with!!

Hugs to you and Mr. Gary,
Rhonda and Mike
