Okay here, hail and wind, no damage otherwise.

I'm worried about Courtney -- I know she and her family were driving back last night in this mess... give us a shout if you're around, C!

Hi Wendy,Susan,Lisa,Steve, and others!
Great meeting last night. I had so much fun seeing all of you and how great you guys looked. WOW!
And I loved the demonstration... Im very visual and that helped me a ton! Also, I got scared by the staple line thing you talked about(if your early out and overeat, you can break the staples and DIE) Yikes! So, Im more Careful now and measuring everything =) And Im journaling....

As far as the ride/drive home last night it was SCARY!!! As soon as we left and were on our way, it started pouring rain and lightning... not too bad, we are used to that stuff... It was all like that till we got to Clinton... We stopped to grab a water and dad bought some coffee to keep him awake, and then the power went out at the gas station, and the hail hit hard... We ran to the car and parked under the shelter to take cover from the DIME Sized hail... We were thinking all was clear, and then a cop told us to come inside and go to the basement... We were stuck there with other people and a cop for 30 minutes or so til the powerlines were cleared  and then he said we could hit the road... I was SO SCARED....And then not 25 minutes after we left the gas station, there was a tornado warning for Clinton.. OH MY!!!

But after a LONG and SCARY night, we finally made it home at 1:30 in the morning... Thanks for all of your concerns... I REALLY LOVE AND APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Courtney, you are such a sweetheart.  You hang in there, you're doing great!

Once you get started running, there's gonna be no stopping you, I can tell.  After you get some confidence on the treadmill, try running outside.  I absolutely love it!  It's so peaceful and it's GOOD for us to get out there... nature, fresh air and all that.  Just start out walking at first.  The key is to not overdo it!  As long as you're enjoying things, you're on the right track.  :-)

Sounded like it split off and went south of us, then north up to you and Steve's area. So glad you and the kiddos are ok.

Have a great weekend

I forgot to tell you the bad news. You know that dog that ate the kid's homework? Well, I have one that eats signs for meeting rooms.  Yep. I can probably retrieve it in a couple of days, probably won't be able to glue it back together again though.

HA HA HA!!!  I'm sure Megan won't mind making another.  She's artsy-fartsy like that.

It stormed last night?!?!

I was exhausted and must've slept right through it!

BTW...thanks for another great meeting last night Susan.  I genuinely appreciate that you take time from your busy schedule to do research and prepare an informative and motivational topic for us each month.  I don't know how you do it...I can barely find the time to flip through a magazine...and you're infinitely busier than I am!

It was wonderful to see everyone, and to marvel at how great you all looked! I love our meetings...it's the biggest WOW moment of my month to see how much smaller everyone has gotten in just weeks. It's truly inspirational!
