So sad we'll miss you, but you'll have a great time with the family. Don't overdo it and run out of energy before they get here.....NO, WAIT...you've lost a ton of weight and can out run them all!  YIPEEEEEEEE

I'm having a dilemma.

Run clinic is on Thursday and they're doing the "magic mile" again.  I skipped last time to go to group with you all, and I'd love to be in both places at once, but I can't.  So many of you will be at group that I haven't seen in a while, gosh!  Decisions, decisions...

I ran last night, it went really well.  I think my training is starting to pay off... it wasn't quite as difficult to get through as it has been the last few weeks.

Gotta run to lunch, maybe I'll see y'all Thursday???

I am babysitting all day today.  I haven't done much, oh wait I did 2 loads of laundry in our little laundry room, which is only 2 doors down from my apt.  My niece likes to help put the clothes in the dryer.
For lunch my niece (22 months) and I split a Ham and Swiss Lunchables (with the crackers, meat and cheese).

For dinner I am baking pork cutlets.  Will probably make Broccoli & Cheddar Brown Rice (in a packet) and boiled squash.  Atleast that is what I have planned.

Yesterday one of the apartments upstairs caight on fire, a mattress caught on fire and everything on it (bed linens) apparantly someone didn't make sure their cigarette was out all the way before they left, what I don't understand is why was the bed the most damaged?  Was the ashtray on the bed?  Why would anyone leave an ashtray on their bed?

The whole building was evacuated.  It was 42 outside and windy, and I was standing outside in long sleeve pajamas with no socks, shoes or coat.  All I grabbed was my purse and ran out.  Firemen went door to door banging on doors and telling people to evacuate now and don't grab anything.  I was FORCED to leave my 20 rats behind.  I told the firemen about my animals and also that I had 2 oxygen tanks in the bedroom and an oxygen machine in the living room that was running.  We weren't in any real damage since it was containd to the apt upstairs and it was not anywhere near ours.  But it sure was smokey everywhere.  My roomie grabbed his work clothes, wallet, keys, work badge and went to go sleep in his truck since he works nighshift.

Eventually the church next door let everyone go over there to stay warm.
I haven't seen anything on the news channels about it though, probably won't since it wasn't anything big, more smoke damage then fire.  And they were able to get the flaming mattress and linens put out and thrown outside.
