MEETING THURSDAY---STARBUCK'S TOO!

Steve and I are meeting around 5:00 at the Starbuck's in the Medical Towers before the meeting on Thursday. So, if you're inclined, just killing time before the meeting, come join us!  The more the merrier!

This month's topics are Fats and Vitamin C. I know...strange combo, not related at all, but it's what's on my hand out from OH...LOL.

I'll also pass out the Rules list and we'll just chat and such. Hope to see lots of you there!

Ha Ha...that's classic Steve....MY COFFEE BUDDY!!!!  I won't make it there in time for coffee so do an extra shot for me....

My Appointment with Dr. Baker will be over by 3, so my family and I will be there to kill some time before the meeting. I personally have never been a coffe drinker, but my parents are, and I REALLY want to see you all so We will be there if thats ok. Love yah all

Courtney, I'm not much of a coffee drinker, either, but they've got some pretty good tea concoctions these days if you want to try something beyond ice water (which is fine, too!).  There's iced passion tea you can get with Splenda, it's pretty good, or you can get a tea latte if you like hot drinks.  I like the tea latte with skim milk and sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup.  Mmmm!

Thanks Wendy! I will see what I can get. i appreciate you for sending me those suggestions. Im just not much of a hot liquid drinker I guess... I never have been. That tea latte that your describing does sound good though. Im very excited to be seeing you I cant wait.....
