Coolio shapewear at Stein Mart

Hey Ya'll!

I feel so "out of touch"...been busier than a tick in a tar bucket for the past month, PLUS I missed last month's support group meeting.  I've missed everyone and hope all is well!

I've been looking at the Yummie Tummmies shapewear because all the extra saggy skin just kills the effect of any new tops that I try on (muffin top, eeewwww!), but the prices are just crazy, you know?  Anyway, while browsing at Stein Mart yesterday I found a line of shapewear called ABSCENTION, and it's fantastic!  I bought the long camisole that you can wear under shirts and either tuck into your britches or leave out to hang below your t-shirt for a layering effect...and it was only $19.99!  Beats the heck out of the same Yummie Tummie garment for $78! I like it because the firm hold is only through your mid-section, so it neither "rides up" nor squishes your chest.  Bonus!

Coming to the meeting? Yes!  Checked the weather, and it's supposed to storm anyway, so God or somebody apparently wants me to meet with y'all. Yay!

Made a sign?  Not yet, but Megan will certainly be bored at my work this afternoon or tomorrow when I pick her up from school, plus I got her a pack of new markers she's itching to use.  She said she'd be happy to make us a sign.

Busier than a tic in a tar bucket??? Okay, that's one I've never heard of! LOL

This falls under the "supportive undergarment" catagory. What a deal you found. I wear this sort camisoles of some sort every day. Mostly to smooth the elephant skin, but they also help a bit to keep me warm. Bali makes one that has an underwire bra built in that is a little firmer than the camisole. Those I wear when I'm wearing something a little more form fitting. The regular cami's I get at Kohl's for about $25. They last forever and are very, very comfortable. No ride up at all.

Hmmmm, I see a trip to Stein Mart in the very near future. $20-30 is a darned site cheaper than plastics.
