I need a sign

I need someone, maybe someone's artistic kid, to make a sign for the door of the doctor's dining room to let people know that's the room the meeting is in.

I'm thinking a poster board size--- with something like: Post Op Weight Loss Support Group Meets Here.

Any volunteers?
