Wonderous Wednesday!
Spring fever hit???
So, I've been super busy, working late every night this week, so that's why I haven't been around. All is well, just trying to keep the ol' head above water.
You all talk amongst yourselves, I'm going to the kitchen for another latte. What the heck?
Susan
The sunshine is wonderful out there. But tomorrow looks to be a bit different of a day. We have a acquired a puppy and he keeps me hopping. Next week I have to babysit my two year old granddaughter for three days because her mom has a conference she has to go too. Fun, fun, one granddaughter, one puppy and one older dog, whom the young puppy picks on all the time.
Next weekend, Easter, my daughter, son in law and their four kids are coming for the weekend.
So let's see how many that is: me, husband, son, two daughters, one son in law, five grandkids, two dogs,(unless my daughter brings her two dogs, which she sometimes does), and some goldfish. Hope I can hang on to what little sanity i have left. My daughter and granddaughter that have been living with us since last May are moving by the first of May. She got an apartment in Benton. So maybe I will have a little peace and quiet after that.
Gotta go check on the puppy and make sure he's not chewing up everything in the house. He has discovered the door facings, even though he has chews laying all over the place.
So everyone have a good day and enjoy the nice weather out there.

Hi to all,
Sorry for the absence. Everything is fine here, just been busy livin' life. i think Susan is right about the spring fever thing. But since we can't take advil, spring fever may hang on for a long time this year. I need me some natural vit D as in soaking up some rays - either on the golf course or the lake or anywhere else for that matter. Has anyone else noticed that the weather is really crappy every Saturday lately?
Now it's time to brag. I lost 2 pounds last week - up from the usual 1 pound of late. I must be on a roll now. No complaints though, cause I do feel really well these days.
Anne - what kind of new puppy do you have? Our puppy now weighs about 65 pounds but she still sits in my lap (and beyond). Puppies sure are fun, even if they are a bit destructive. Can't beat those puppy kisses. Hope you really enjoy her or him.
Happy Wednesday to all.
Steve

Our new family member is a Shih Tzu. His(boy) name is Rascal. He is 11 weeks old. He is mosty white/cream with a little grey on his tail and some black/grey on his ears. He also has one blue eye and one black eye. The eyelashes on the blue eye is white and the eyelashes on the black eye is black. He is just too cute.
Our other dog, Scooter, is four years old and weighs about 30 pounds. He is half Bassett Hound and half Lhasa apsa(sp?) Anyway, he is jeoulous, so I've been giving him a lot of extra loving. He has the best personality for a dog.
So I've been really busy working on the potty training for the puppy. Which is more like a full time job. Don't ya just love em!!!!!
