A little over 10 weeks out...

Hey everyone!  I hope everyone is doing good!   I am feeling great!  I have lost 60 lbs since surgery on Dec 31st.  I lost 10 lbs before surgery, so I have lost 70 lbs in about 3 months!  I can't believe it sometimes.  I am so happy!   I recently have been having severe bouts with constipation.  My Doc prescribed me some enulose syrup, and it works, good!  hehe  But, It makes me bloat up so bad and gain weight, so I switched over to the stool softeners, and I lost 4lbs overnight!   I guess I was full of gas!   lol  Now my stomach is getting flatter again.  We will be going to the park later and walking.  I hope everyone has a good week!

You are doing so well!  Way to go (in more ways than one...LOL)

I take stool softeners every day.  I hate taking more stuff, but it beats the heck out of the alternative, doesn't it?
