Wacky Wednesday
I'll be trying to catch myself coming and gong the next 4 days, so I don't know how much I'll be around. Not even any point taking the laptop today, so you all stay well and be good to each other!
Yesterday was pretty good. I found Kashi frozen entrees and bought a few for work They have a ton of protein and fiber in them and are great tasting too. So, having them around will help keep my calories up during this busy time.
Here's yesterday
mini bagel w/ ff cream cheese and deli sliced roast beast
Kashi Chicken Pasta
fruit salad w/ lf cottage cheese
southwest pork stew
mini bag popcorn w/ butter
2 1% lattes, 1 2% latte w/ added protein powder
cals 1496 fat 45 carbs 188 prot 94

Good morning all! Hope everyone is having a good day! Its off to a great start around here....kids are working quietly and very hard on their morning work and I'm taking a quick second to post this and then its back to work for me! Going to be a busy day!
My intake:
B- shaved deli turkey and provolone cheese and one cracker
S-grapes and strawberries (going to try them..not sure if they will work for me since my unfill) --i have been craving fruit!
L- pimento cheese and tuna fish and whole wheat crackers....weird combo! LOL! not eating it together tho...just a little variety....
S-pecans or almonds
D-grilled catfish and broccoli salad

Today will be another rest day. I'm going to head back to the running clinic tomorrow, but I think I'm going to bump down to the beginner class. I'm getting too discouraged as an intermediate and that's not good since I'm still a newbie.
Susan -- take care of yourself!! Maybe we can work out a deal to help you with Saint Bella, possibly exchange services? ;-)

Tuesday was another day w/Mikey and added my nephew to the mix, but it was a good day. Spent if running, but better than feeling bad.
Breakfast-Sausage patty, egg and slice of 2% cheddar
Lunch-4 bites of mikes meatball marinara sandwich at subway
Afternoon snack-4 triscuiuts w/cream cheese
Dinner-Homemade stir fry (red and green bells, onions, chicken breast chunks, and mushrooms)
Bedtime-Protein drink
All vitamins and supplements in, all fluids in.
