Tuesday *yawn*
I'm sleepy.
Yesterday was pretty good. But dang, it was cold! My husband took soccer game duty for me so I got to stay home with the girls. It was too late for Katie (5 yo) to be out on a school night anyway.
I got to run yesterday (2 x 10 min with a 3 min walk break) and it was SO hard. I don't know if my body is complaining due to the 5k on Saturday or if I'm lacking protein. I plan to work in a couple extra shakes, just in case. I also did some strength training, hopefully it will help me tackle those hills a little better! Owww, my booty hurts today.
After all that, I made chicken tortilla soup and hung out with my little girl. It was a busy evening, but nice.

Not much new with me, but I thought I would stop in to say hello to all --------HELLO!
Looks like a great weekend (weatherwise) coming up, so we all need to make some plans to enjoy it. I'm not sure what I'll do, but it will probably be something outside that involves a lot of walking and beating of small white objects with big ol' sticks.
No food posting for me this week, but I'll be back to posting next week.

thanks for getting us going today! Last night I came home and as soon as dinner was finished I got to work making salt scrubs to replenish our depleted supply at Glo. Then, this morning I got busy getting dinner into the crock pot since I'll be late at work tonight. Not enough hours in the day
You're right about the cold. Danggggggg. Thought it was supposed to be getting warmer?? Oh well, in no time we'll be complaining about being too hot. Well, maybe not me....I never seem to get warm anymore

I ate yesterday, really I did. I left my sheet at home with my numbers on it, but for once I got to my 1400 cals!!!

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! It has been a great day here in my neck of the woods....beautiful and sunny outside....just COLD! I'm like Susan... I never seem to be able to stay warm anymore and whats funny is that I used to be burning up all the time.
My day:
B-1/2 slice whole wheat toast with cream cheese and 1 slice turkey bacon
S-toasted pecans
L-leftover beef tips and mashed potatoes
S-mini bag of popcorn-did not fini**** all (probably half the bag)
D-taco salad (lettuce, ground beef with taco seasoning, and shredded cheese...maybe some sour cream and salsa)--i have been craving this and since we dont have a Taco Bell anymore I guess I will just have to make my own! :)
Anyway, gotta run...my afterschool class starts in about five minutes so the kids will be here soon. Need a little bit of time to prepare. Everyone take care and have a great rest of the day!

Food yesterday was ok, got off at lunch, b/c Ive been CRAVING fried fish, and I couldnt get it out of my system. Well, guess what, ate 1 1/2 pieces and it wasnt really that good. Cooked to hard and no flavor, guess I learned my lesson!!! Fried stuff just has NO appeal anymore.
Breakfast-Heart Smart Cereal w/Soy and protien powder
No snack, saving for the bad fish!!!
Lunch-1 1/2 small fish fillets and 2 hushpuppies (BAD GIRL!!!)
NO snack again
Dinner-4 oz baked chicken and some broccoli
Bedtime-Protein drink
Got in all my protein yesterday and my vitamins and supplements, and most of my liquid. Tea and Diet Sprite and Crystal Lite, but after the grease at lunch, it was hard to start my drinking over b/c I felt over full and the bloat from the grease!!!! EWWWWWW
Glad everyone else is doing well, warmer days are coming, we must remember, "This too shall pass"

My day today was uneventful. I worked from home all day in my pajamas. You'd think that would be great, but actually it was not. It wasn't BAD or anything. I got a lot of tedious stuff done that I needed to get done - but it was just that... a bunch of tedious stuff - nothing exciting or anything. But I'm going out tomorrow, so maybe someone will make my day exciting/terrifying/stimulating in some way. I can hope, right?
