You got something against Walmart? j/k. I'm a Walmart gal so that's the only place I know! I know Walmart has Oikos and if you go to their website, you can get coupons for the stuff. I haven't done it yet since I'm not up for a Walmart run. You can only print the coupon once and only have so many days to use it after it's printed so I am waiting...lol.

Sorry to Hijack

Shawna,
I tried to look at your OH profile, but it's blocked or something.  I saw your pics on Dr. Rollers website, and I wanted to tell you how great you look!  I am halfway thru my 6 month diet (for the third time) and my husband will be starting his soon.

Anyways.......  Carry on...

I didn't know I had a private profile! I will add you as a friend and you will be able to see it then =)

Thanks so much! When I got the email from Dr.Roller's office, I told my husband we were celebrities! I'm surprised there aren't any more before/after pics on there. He's done a bunch of WLS now!

I am so glad that I didn't have a 6 month diet. That was pure luck on my part. Can I ask why you've had to do it 3 times? I figure a lifetime of dieting was enough for me =) I think life with a spouse that is also post-wls is so much easier that being married to a non-op. I've been married to both...lol. He had surgery 6 months after I did. It was MUCH MUCH easier after he had surgery. The way he ate before was totally disgusting to me. It would almost make me nauseated to watch him eat "normally" after I had RNY.  It also cuts down on jealousy and increases support!

Wow, crazy wrong is and understatement!!  What's up with that?  I've never seen anything like that in all my days  LOL

Any how, the only other place I've found Greek yogurt, other than Walmart is at Whole Foods. If you have some sort of health food store near you they might have it. It's pricier than regular yogurt but so well worth it as far as I'm concerned. All that protein...and so thick it really seems like a whole meal.

Kroger carries it.  It is in the organic/health food section (the small fridge section that has things like goat milk, etc in it).
