Happy Saturday Folks!
I might not be back over the weekend. My day today is hellish, busy is good, but this busy keeps me from eating right and I'm blowing it. It was all I could do to get in 1100 cals yesterday, and I did that by eating peanut butter stuffed pretzels. Not the best choice, but it was something. Today I'm planning on taking a PB&J cut in half to grab and eat on the fly.
My meals were ok, but no chance to get in the needed snacks for boosting calories, no chance to get in an extra latte or Vivvano. Hopefully, with better pre-planning, today might be better.

I know what you mean. I've been way too busy too. This is my weekend to work at the nursing home.
thursday I had coffee with one scoop of protein powder for breakfast, a protein shake for a snack, salad for lunch, and hot and sour soup for supper. I also had some almonds for a snack. I only got in the bare minimum on my water, was running all day at work.
