Hey there boys and girls....it's Friday!
I'm working my tail off tomorrow. So incredibly busy at work, thank the Lord!! This isn't a happy girl, or house for that matter, when my business is slow. I've actually gotten a few new clients, including Addie, Dr Baker's nurse! Super happy about that...I really enjoy her. Then, tomorrow night we're going to they symphony to see Beethoven's 9th. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I was planning on a being a music major in college...gave up a full scholarship to marry deadbeat 1st husband. Ahhh, young and stupid!
Anyway, my son's degree is is music composition and theory so we're going to have a grand time.
Got a head start on Bella production last night. Made 30 jars of lip scrub and four gallons of lotion. That should get us through the next couple of weeks. We got in 300 bottles yesterday, so all of them need to be labeled. Guess what I'm doing tonight?
So,...........what's up with you guys????
Susan
Going to the Symphony sounds like a great evening. I'm a bit less refined so I am just planning a day at the golf course on Saturday. Seemed like a good idea when the forecast was for 63 and sunny. Now the forecast is 45 and rainy. Still gonna try it though. I just hope that the forecast is as far off as it usually is. it's really hard to play when it's wet and cold, but we golfers are kinda stupid, especially after a long winter indoors. Susan, you called yourself young and stupid above............well I am still stupid, but not so young, especially regarding golf.
We finshed our first session of dog agility training last night. It's really pretty amazing how quickly dogs adapt to stuff when enticed with dog treats. There is a wide variety of dogs in the class and nearly all of them were able to handle the obstacles with ease at the end of eight weeks. We are going to do the next level of training starting in a couple of weeks. Cutter absolutely loves doing it and she is learning a lot of obedience from it as well. Wish I had done this kind of stuff with some of the dogs we've had in the past. I just didn't realize how teachable regular old dogs are.
Hope everyone enjoys the weekend, whatever you have planned.
