Morning,
I have my six month check up with my regular doctor here in Hot Springs. Should be interesting. Hope it goes well.

I've had a cold for the past week and that stuff draining into my stomach sure does make it burn and hurt. Be glad when I get over this crap.

Other than that, not much going on today. Everyone have a good Ash Wednesday!!!

Not much new here.   Pretty routine week.  Good thing I didn't become a doctor - cause "I ain't got no patience" (or patients).  If the old scale doesn't start moving again pretty soon, its gonna miss me in its new home at the dump.   Don't mean to sound ungrateful, cause i am very thankful for the results to date, but I have never worked so hard to just stay put and I am ready to get on with getting rid of the rest of my excess.   There, I feel better now.

Good afternoon....almost evening! Lol! Hope everyone has had a great day! Its been really nice around here. My students were so good today so since they are calling for rain for the next couple days I figured I better take advantage of the nice weather while it holds out. I took them out for an extra 20 minutes of recess today and we did Science on the playground! Very nice! Sure wish we could do that every day!

Anyway, here's what I've been eating....

B- about 4 teaspoons of leftover egg salad from the other day

S-about 1 oz of toasted pecans.....had to chew these really well but wanted to see if they would work now that i am looser....had no problem! Thank goodness because that is how I get extra protein a lot of times

L-tuna salad and 2 whole wheat crackers and sugar free chocolate pudding

S-about 2 or 3 ozs. of cheese

D-salmon and rice...not sure if the rice will work for me right now but we shall see....maybe a little salad to go with it....not sure yet!

Awwww....thank you Susan! I really needed to hear that considering I have gained two pounds since my unfill! I know that it is just fluid because I am finally able to drink without restriction but its still hard to swallow after steadily losing! Anyway, it will come off in a few days...just have to hang on until then! Anyway, thanks again! You are a great support!
