Good morning everyone! I have a question for anyone out there who may have an answer. Does anyone know roughly how long the recovery time is for an upper arm lift and a thigh lift? I am a teacher so I dont have a job where I would be lifting heavy objects or anything strenuous like that! I plan to have either an arm lift or a thigh lift over Spring Break and I was wondering which one has the shortest recovery time where I would be comfortable enough to go back to work a week after the procedure? Thanks in advance for any information or insight!

As long as everything goes well, I have heard that the recovery time is anywhere from 4-6 weeks

Thanks for the reply....I was hoping for a faster recovery time but I know that it is different for everyone! After I had my Lap-Band I was up and about the next day with very little pain. Didnt take the pain meds they sent home with me either. I have a very high tolerance for pain but I'm a little worried about plastic surgery of any kind. I have heard that it is pretty rough. Hopefully it will all be ok....maybe if I prepare for the worst then I can be excited if its better than I thought! Anyway, thanks again for taking the time to reply. Have a great day!
