Okay, Tuesday's here and we're off and running for the new week. Yesterday I didn't really get a whole lot accomplished, but did go to see a graduation at the Drug Court where Gary works. These folks are in a program for two years, and if they meet the requirements, their convictions are shredded and they have not only a clean lifestyle but record too. It was the first husband and wife to graduate from the program and it was very touching. Made me realize how lucky I am and very proud of the job Gary does.

So....I'll be leaving for work soon. New toy in my purse, ready to check in later, IF, of course, I have time between clients.

Rhonda, sorry you've been sick again. This seems to have been a particularly bad year for you. Hope you're better soon!

Karen, so glad to see your unfil went okay yesterday, but equally happy you're back here with us.

Your post made me think..........(very dangerous thing)............. perhaps there should be a WLS two-year graduation where all of our records are wiped clean -- no insurance ratings, no bad thoughts by medical providers and all that kind of stuff.   let's start a petition.  We could call it our own little bail-out program - seems appropriate to today's mood.   See, I told you it is dangerous when I start to think.

Site maintenance issues on my food log, so I can't cut and paste, but pretty much ate the ususal stuff yesterday.  South beach bar and yogurt for breakfast.  cottage cheese and banana for lunch and a little bit of roast beef and carrots and potatos for dinner.  Numbers were very close to targets for the day.

I am anxious to see your new toy.  It sounds pretty neat.

Great to see so many of our crew out walking (and running).  I don't run cause like a good friend taught me long ago --- "I want to be sick when I die!"   But I am about to go for a nice long walk over my lunch break.   Good luck to you gals doing the 5K.

Happy Tuesday to all!

Thanks Susan! Appreciate the support! I really honestly didnt want to go back for the unfill but I also didnt want to get in the shape that I was in back in December. Anyway, everything is going well in my neck of the woods today! Been a great day at work...the kids actually got to go outside and play at recess. That was wonderful! Too bad that its supposed to rain off and on the rest of the week in our area! Guess one day of burning off that energy outside is better than none at all!

Anyway, as far as food goes...its been pretty slim around here since the unfill....here it is anyway...

B- 2 teaspoons of egg salad...egg, a little mustard, and a little light mayo (needed some protein and figured this would be better than nothing) band is still tight in the mornings and as y'all already know....I DONT LIKE BREAKFAST! LOL!

S-gatorade

L- white tuna (mashed very fine with a fork) mixed with a little mayo and some juice from relish (I was scared of the pickles but wanted the taste)--I ate about 5 bites of this

S-1/2 granola bar

D-will probably be baked tilapia and maybe some mased potatoes

Tomorrow will be more like normal....so far I have not had any problems with anything that I have eaten so I will be able to progress to normal foods! I'm glad.

I have also take all of my vitamins for the day and have drank all of my water and then some. Thats the worse part about my band being too tight...i cant even get liquids down and I get so thirsty sometimes to the point of dehydration. Thank goodness being too tight only happens once in a blue moon!

Ok...I'll wrap this up for now! Take care and see you guys later!

Happy Mardi Gras everyone!  Had a busy day at work today.  Saw the Ortho doc and he thinks that some physical therapy will clear up the pinched nerve in the neck problem so that's good news.  Went to Springdale tonight for Dr. Roller's support meeting.  The only people I knew was Wendy (who looks wonderful) and Ann (she's a tiny little thing who is the Nut there).  Enjoyed the meeting though.  Here's Monday's food:
