Hey gang,
I've been drinking South Beach Diet Tide Me Over packets in my water for a long time now. It's supposed to go into a 16 oz bottle of water, but I think that's too strong, so I go with the 20 oz bottles. It's easier to keep track of my water consumption by multiplying 20 instead of 16...LOL
Anyway, those SBD thingys have gone WAY up, even at Wally world...like $3 a box. I found the Crystal Lite Hunger Satisfaciton packets yesterday for under $2. They have 30 cals, 6 carbs, 5 grams fiber and 3 grams of protein.
Yummy way to spark up your water. Gotta drink it, might as well have it taste good too!

Those sound good, unfortunately the Crystal Lite ones give me a migraine. For anyone that suffers from migraines with these packets, I have found the Celestial Seasoning Zingers-on-the-go packets work for me.

I also use one packet for 32oz of water- just enough flavor while not being kool-aid tasting.
