Hi there!

Well, it's gonna be a crazy day for me today, so we'll see how it all works out. We have a meeting with our graphic designer this morning at Panera Bread co. I think I'll order a sandwich to go and eat it for lunch and dinner since I'll be at wor****il 7:30 or so.  Hopefully I'll find something that fits into the "plan".  Maybe something with avocado...I need some more fat in the diet.

Yesterday was a good one until the evening when I got some strange pain in my belly. Of course, like any WLS person I worried. It finally went away, so all is right with the world.

Here's my totals:

latte
bkfst burrito
latte
yogurt
Turkey and mashed potato frozen thingy
low fat cottage cheese w/ nsa peaches
tamale casserolo, green beans
mini bagel w/ ff cream cheese 3 slices shredded deli ham

Hi Susan and friends,
Sounds like you have a long day ahead of you.   Hope it all goes well.   Glad you got over the belly pain without intervention and I hope it stays gone.   Had a few pains myself yesterday, but none were in the belly, if you know what I mean.

Good dental check-up for me yesterday.  Still battling some gum issues, but teeth were all good.

Still working hard to get the new level of calories in.   Seems like it would be easy, but I feel like I am eating all the time.  The calorie part would be easy, but to keep the ratios in place at the new calorie level takes some real effort.  Something about having one more snack before bedtime when I am really not even hungry is really hard for me to get comfortable with mentally.  But I know its the right thing to do, so I will do it.  I don't want my metabolism to be trashed.

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday.   Here is my Tuesday:

My Tuesday went straight out the window. For some odd reason I was hungry yesterday! I was hungry between meals as in I was getting a little weak & shaky. I was unprepared and vending machines are bad. I was going to redeem myself when I got home and I made parmesan pork chops. They are usually delicious and we love them. I think something was wrong with the pork chops and they had to be tossed. Plan B had to be taken since it was already 8 and we threw some breaded chicken breast patties in the oven, topped it with cheese and dipped it in ketchup. I didn't do my totals on the day. I'm going to scrap it and start with a fresh slate today.

Today I am much more prepared. I put chicken enchilada soup on last night while waiting on the pork chops so it was ready this morning. I brought some for lunch and it'll be ready when I get home for dinner so there will be no need to snack before dinner (the one time I snack when my actual hunger is questionable...that time of day has always been my problem).

I go for my one year check-up. I'm a bit nervous about it since I am still pretty far from goal. I hate having that pre-op feeling like I'm going to get reemed about my weight. Ugh...I know they won't, but I guess my own disappointment is shining through.
