I don't know if it is. I'm sure it is similar. They have salads, sandwiches and soups. If I go out to eat, if I can't find anything on the menu I think I can't handle, I usually go for a soup. I had the baked potatoe soup and boy was it good. Only could eat half a bowl, but that's ok.

I'm going to trac****il I get my protein back up since I think it's slacking a bit. Tell me about this cedarlane pizza you speak of. I've never heard of it before (besides when you talk about it).

Yesterday's Menu:

Breakfast: 1C. Autumn Sunset Kashi Cereal with 1% milk
Lunch: 6" chicken breast on wheat with pepperjack and veggies (so so good!)
Late Afternoon Snack(while waiting on dinner): a handful of chips and a cookie (weekend leftovers *tisk tisk*)
Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry
After Dinner Snack while watching a movie (Shutter...it's scary!): 1 graham cracker with peanut butter

I went to the gym after work and swam laps for 30 minutes. I haven't swam like that in a long time and I was feeling it. I think I was a bit hungry afterwards and since I had to cook dinner when I got home, I ate some crap while waiting on dinner. I picked up my south beach bars at walmart today so I should be good now!

We are doing our taxes tonight so I am crossing my fingers!! (when in reality I already know pretty well the outcome seeing as how I am an accountant...lol. I can still pray though, right?)

Hey Shawna,

I get the Cedarlane wraps( I'd really call them burritos) at Kroger in the frozen section of the "organic" section of the store. They're usually on sale for $1.79 and there are 3-4 different ones. The pizza wrap is 220 cals, 3 fat, 32 carbs and 17 grams of protein and VERY tasty, IMO. The other ones I've had have been the bean and rice and the couscous and veggie. Also very good. It's great to have at work in the freezer in case my day gets crazy I can still have something decent that doesn't take a lot of time.

I haven't seen them at Walmart =( We don't have Kroger. I need to search for these things and give them a try.

Oh no, no, no.....Wally wouldn't carry these. Some place like Wild Oats, Fresh Market, etc. would have them.

Today was a much better day.  I was home on my own unit.  Had an easy day.  Went for the mri on my neck after work.  River Valley Ortho. rocks!  When you go there, you are actually seen at your scheduled time.  No wait, I swear.  What a novelty!  Anyway, I just closed my eyes before they put me in the machine and kept them shut the whole time I was in there.  Got to thinking though, 8 months ago I wouldn't have even fit in that thing.  Met up with Val on the way home and we went to Wally world together.  I got a size 14 pair of jeans!!!!!  I can't believe it.  I was wearing size 28 jeans when I had my surgery.  I am now to the point where the extra skin is becoming a problem.  The jeans fit just fine.  They aren't snug or anything round the waist but I have a roll there.  I guess I will wear loose fitting tops while I work on toning up this old, sagging body.  I ate more today than I have ever eaten since my surgery.  It made me nervous looking at all those calories.  I didn't eat it all in the exact order it's listed.  My logging site saves things where I originally put them and since I'm lazy, I post them to whatever meal I have them saved under at times.  I will cut back some tomorrow.

So I realize I am posting way too much, but things are catching my attention these days. Burk's Bierocks...I have to ask! Is this something you make or buy. Also, is it beef, cabbage and onion in a dough roll? I grew up on these things and I still love them to this day. My granny was a full blood German and we had these and Cherry Kuche (sp?) all the time growing up. Okay, just had to ask. Have a great day skinny lady!

Yep, that's what they are.  I just used a calorie count I found on the web.  One Bierock that I make is about 200 calories tops.  I love them too.
