What's happen' Tuesday?
Hey gang,
Had a great and VERY busy day yesterday. Gary stayed home and decided it was time to turn the guest room into Saint Bellaland, so between the two events, my eating was totally thrown off. But it ended up to be ok, not stellar by any means.
While I was out having more (yes, thank you God, MORE) labels printed, going to the doctor and beauty supply, Gary got hungry and ate a large late lunch. Dinner didn't need to be made, so I had a pizza wrap and called it a night. I so love a self sufficient husband!
Here we go:

lunch: 'lite" beef hot dog on 'lite" bun w/ mustard and relish only
snack; the stuffins out of a Wendy's grilled chicken wrap
dinner: Cedarlane pizza wrap
snack: fiber one cereal, 1/3 c milk
cals 1330 fat 30 carbs: 197 prot: 83

Pretty good food day yesterday, but as you can see below, I had to do a lot of snacks to get it all in. I can only eat so much at each meal. I am getting there though as numbers for the day were pretty close to targets.

Yesterday was a good day. My daughter was off work, so we went to LR. I had gotten new eyeglasses in LR. Picked them up Friday, but the frames were too big. They kept falling off my face. So I had to take them back and pick out new ones. I hate trying to pick out frames. Mainly because I can't see without my glasses, so how are you suppose to know how they look on you if you can't see them....grrrrr!!! Anyway, we did a little shopping. Ate at the San Franciso Bread Compay. I had never eat there before. We both got bowls of soup. It was really, really good.

That is hilarious! We have Panera across the street and Atlanta bread down the road. I guess that "Fayetteville Bread Co" really doesn't have a ring to it.

Well i gotta get back into tracking so I can get my protein up. It's really crappy today, but I have pork chops in the oven so that should bring my day up slightly. I have to track ocassionally to see if I'm on track and this time I wasn't so I shall track for a couple of weeks. I can't be obsessive about it or it will consume me, but I just need to get back on the straight and narrow again.
