Does anyone us the Vemma Nutrional Program? I need ideas of what to drink it with. I had it with V8 but will I be able to drink V8 after surgery? Someone mentioned OJ to be but is that something I can have right after surgery? Any suggestions please. Thank YOu

I used Vema for awhile, and you just drink it by itself. No need to mix it with anything. But, the doseage is one ounce, which is about all you'll be able to hold at first, so ask Carrie or Dr Gibbs what the best is to do.
