Hi Guys,
We're closing down the computer today to move it into another room, so I don't know how much I'll be here. Wanted to get this done from yesterday before shutdown.
Ok....remember, this was the big Birthday and Gary made most of the food choices. I put my foot down when it came to him wanting hot wings for lunch, and compromised by bringing them home so I could have a bowl of chili. Where there's a will there's a way!

bkfst: migas( scrambled eggs w/ tomatoes and jalapenos), two bites of hashed browns, 1 1/2 tortillas
latte w/ protein
lunch: vegetarian chili, 1 breadstick
dinner: 1 sm slice thin crust cheese pizza, LOTS of salad w/ greek dressing

cals: 1399 fat 33 carbs 193 pro: 80
See ya.... maybe tonite, maybe not till tomorrow!
