I'm loving my 4 day weekend and feeling a little more relaxed.  Here was my Saturday... (I was low on my fluids for the first time in I don't even know how long.  I don't count the frozen yogurt even though it melts to liquid so I guess I could.  But I was over 100oz yesterday and probably will be today - so I'm not going to bust myself up about it.)

Happy Birthday, Mr. Susan!

Yesterday, Sam and I took the little kids to the football field.  He entertained them and they rode/walked around the track while I had my run.  As soon as I got done, I started sneezing my head off and wound up with a cold... ick.  Been hitting the Zicam and vitamin C drops pretty hard, so it's not as bad as it could be.  I feel totally wiped out, though, and I did not worry about tracking intake yesterday.  Today I plan to rest up and hopefully I can kick this enough to get back out there tomorrow.  I'm taking Monday off to hang with my kids, particularly the little ones -- the teenager has been requiring so much attention lately (it's almost like having a baby again) that the other two have been lacking in mommy-time.  I need to get my garden started, too, so I'd like to feel decent enough to get the dirt turned and weeds pulled tomorrow.  I have three 3'x6' intensive plots, nothing huge.

Anyway, y'all have a good rest-of-the-weekend!

Hi Susan,  Tell Gary Happy birthday. I oriented at my new every other weekend job this weekend and the days just dragged by.  I'm used to a much faster pace during the week.  Saturday I didn't quite make my 800 cal.  Today, my logging site is down for maintainance so I'll just list what I ate.  2 mugs of coffee, one with my 2 scoops of protein powder, a zip-loc baggie omlette with one egg, 2 oz fresh sliced mushrooms, 1 oz fat free cheddar cheese and some freeze dried chives nuked for 60 seconds.  Lunch was a Bumble Bee fat free tuna salad pack with 6 wheat crackers and a fat free cheese stick for a snack, Supper was horrible, I must admit, but I was really craving it so I indulged in an order of triple layer nachos from Taco Bell while I was running around doing errands I didn't have time to do working thru  the weekend.
