So, I'm one of the few here who probably remember that old Chicago song, and I hope that my head isn't the only one it's stuck in now! LOL

How's everyone doing?  It's sooooooooooooooo  great to see this board picking up!  Being an old fart, I spend lots of time on the over 50 forum, but there's been just a bit too much ugliness going on there for my taste, so it looks like you guys are going to stuck with me more.  Are you up to it???

Gary's party was a hit, he had no clue at all. First time I've ever pulled one over on him. He's not an easy one to fool. I took the whole day off yesterday to do this, so I have to pay the piper today and wor****il about 7:00 this evening. It's okay. Valentines day should be year round, not just a Hallmark card and a balloon once a year to make up for not being kind to each other for 364 days.

Tess called last night. Seems the new packaging of Saint Bella was a hit at Glo. They've sold out of many of the products we took in on Tuesday, so Gary has a big box to take over to replenish. Goes to show what good packaging and labeling can do for a product.  Still not ready to go live on the e-store, but soon. We still have about 10 more labels to be designed and the graphic artist is going out of town for a week. Drat the luck.

Ok.....here's what you've all been waiting for!   What a sad bunch we are....LOL

latte
breakfast burrito
latte
4" slice of subway turkey sand
banana
latte
21/2 oz steak, roasted potatoes and green beans
1 c Fiber one cereal, 1/4 c milk

Have a great day!

Hey gang,
Missed everyone yesterday, we left the house at 7:15 and I didnt get back home until after 9:30 last night.  Sooooo, as much as I love ya'll, I crashed.  Mike and I and a good friend went to Jefferson, TX yesterday to take hay to some cows we have on his brothers farm.  Had a great trip, weather was beautiful, and for once, I didnt mind sitting in the little back seat of our truck, couldnt have done that 2 years ago!!!!

Came back to Camden, and I went w/a friend to get her kids from her ex husband, it turned into a fiasco w/us having to take the police w/us.  Hes such and idiot and thats all I have to say about that!!!

Came back to Fordyce about 8, met Mike and our friend Brad for a late dinner.  All in all was a good day, w/the exception of the idiot.

Food is as follows:

Wake up-Lots of coffee on the road, woke up some 30 minutes down the road, lol

Breakfast-Egg and cheese omelet w/a side of bacon

Lunch-2 oz of peanuts and some cheese slices

Dinner-(Late) 4 pieces of shrimp and 2 potato babies

Drank Alllllll day long, when Im riding, I have to have a drink, so I got in all my fluids.  Prolly had over 150 oz of u/s tea

Hope everyone had a great Friday

Hugs,
Mike and Rhonda

P.S.  Was so great to see everyone last night!!!

I've been wanting to ask you about your intake.

Dr. Baker recommends fat intake of 20 - 30% (in line with the American Heart Association).

I notice your food intake is LOADED with fat (nuts, cheese, bacon, eggs, etc).  How do you make that work out at the end of the day to 20 - 30% fat?  Do you drink skim milk (0% fat) to "lean" out the calories? Or is the tea caloric with 0% fat?  (I know NOTHING about tea as I have never drank it.)

Whenever I eat a higher fat meal, my next meal (or next 2 meals even) or snacks usually has to be lower fat or my fat percentages are WAY over the limit for the day.  So I'm just wondering how you make your intake work with our guidelines.

I'm doing better.  It's a 4 day weekend for me, so I'm feeling less overwhelmed this weekend than I have been.

That is so great about the party!  And I'm glad for the success the business is having!

I'm going to stimulate the economy today with my daughter (and maybe my son - who knows).  She needs summer clothes and so we're going to probably be in town all day.

Here was my Friday...
