It's Thursday.....how you doin'?
Good morning one and all,
Here we are at Thursday already, my how the weeks do fly by! I'm really looking forward to the meeting tonight, getting new info from the psych lady and seeing all my friends. It will be nice to see the changes in everyone since last month.
Yesterday was definitely a challenge for me food wise. Breakfast was the ususal (gotta change that today, getting tired of the same ol' thing). Just as I was putting my food together for the day the power went out. So, I grabbed a can of tuna and a pack of melba toast, cottage chees and peaches and out the door I went. Work got nuts, no time to sit and eat, so by the time I got home at 8:00 all I had eaten was 7 pieces of melba toast and that can of tuna. Never got to the rest of it, but did manage to grab 1/2 small apple along the way. It was too late to really eat anything when I got home, so I nuked a sweetpotato and that didn't taste like what I wanted, so ended up with 1/2 pb&j.
Got on the scale this morning and lost 1.2 lbs. Bad Susan, bad :(

Well, Wednesday started out pretty darn miserable, due to the night before's episodes, but the day ended great!!!
After Mike got home yesterday we threw on some go to town clothes and went to Prattsville to buy a new gate for my horse's stall. After we left there, we decided to drive on up to Benton and go to the Saddle shop. And thats where it got FUN!!!! Looked all over the store and came out w/all the new stuff I need to show my horse, except for a saddle. Got stuff there for $91, that would have cost over $300 if we had ordered it all online. Now I just need to get my saddle ordered, and I'll be ready to show!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Maybe the psych can help me w/my horse disease tonight, ha ha. Horses are more than a hobby, they are an illness or disease. I feel certain there is NO cure.
Food yesterday could have been better, but Im getting there slowly but surely.
Breakfast-Slim Fast (low carb w/scoop of protein powder)
Lunch-1 pkg of cheddar cheese crackers (still sick from night before)
Dinner-1 beef enchilada made w/small tortilla and the meat from a second one
Snacks-corn nuts and beef jerky
Lots of u/s tea and crystal lite.
Ok, Im off to take care of my FIL's animals, hope to see everyone tonight!!!

Yesterday was passable food-wise. I had a great run last night... I had an energy gel before and a banana afterwards and that really helped my energy level. I'm a little aggravated that it cost me upwards of 200 cal, but you do what you gotta do, right? When I weighed this morning, I'd lost another pound, so I guess it can't be all bad... just need to be a bit more careful.
