I'm okay.  Trying to stay warm.  Working from home while kids' school is closed.  No vehicle/home damage yet.  Power still on here (thank you god).

Everyone else okay?

I live in the small  town of Kenton, Delaware. This morning we had our first real snow. It was horrible trying to drive. The roads were a sheet of ice. Now it is snowing again than a wintery mix later in the am. I am a Pre-K teacher so I open the Center on Wednesday mornings. I have to be there by 6:15 so I know the roads are going to be terrible... I will just leave extra early and take my good ole time!

Okay here, just the same as you, though. My feet are like blocks of ice. I have my feet on a heating pad on top of  the ottoman and a blanket over me.
Glad your power is holding on, I know you've had trouble with it before.

Take care. Hope everyone is okay too!

So far, so good here.   Ready for some warmth though.  82 sounds just right.  Hope everybody dodges this bullet

Everything is ok here in Hot Springs. Talked to my daughter that lives in Joplin, Missouri. They have it really bad up there. Freezing rain and ice since yesterday, and now she said they have six inches of snow on top of that!!!  She said it was 17 degrees but the wind chill was 7. I think I will just stick with the 34 or 35 degrees that it is outside. We were very lucky this round. Everybody take care and try to stay warm.

We're ok here in Kibler.  We lost our electricity for a while last night but it came back on thank goodness.  It's still raining outside and the roadside ditches were flooding out onto the road when I was coming home this afternoon.  It will probably be terrible when everything freezes overnight trying to get to work in the morning.  We nurses never get off for bad weather.  I plan to take it slow and hope for the best on my way in tomorrow.
