5K in Benton 2/28- anyone interested

Someone at the last meeting mentioned completing a run/walk this year, sorry, I forget who said it.

Well, I found one in Feb. and have set a goal- complete The Beat Goes on 5K run/walk on Sat., Feb. 28 starting at Saline Memorial.

Anyone interested in walking with me...maybe even jogging a little?

I would also love to do the Paws on the Pavement on May 17- the 5K and then the 1 mile with my dog.

Sounds like a plan to me!  We're pretty strapped financially right now, so I don't know for sure if I'll be able to afford it (yeah, it's that bad), but if a job comes through for my husband soon, I'd love to do it.  A work friend mentioned this one to me today, too -- must be in the air.

Paws on the Pavement is one I'd really like to do as well.  If I can't pull it out for Feb, then definitely by May!

I may be interested if I can ever get healed completely from my late December gallbladder surgery.  I am bookmarking the page and will look into it closer to Feb.

I will try to make this.  I'm not sure yet and will have to check my schedule.  But if I can make either of them work, I will. 

Yeah!  I would love to walk with others.
