Good freezing morning folks,
I dont know about ya'll but I've had all the cold I think I need for a while.  I am supposed to learn to play golf this spring and Im really ready, but its just too cold.

Sitting here having a nice cup of coffee and cooking me some eggs on top of the wood heater.  As I was putting them in the skillet, I thought, I wonder how many folks my age know how to do this.  It made me realize I was so glad I was raised like I was.  Our cookstove still works, but I'd rather cook on the wood heater.

Food yesterday was good, worked from my car most of the day, but was still good girl.

Breakfast-Guts from a Jr. breakfast burrito from Sonic
Rte. 44 unsweet tea
Lunch-Meat and veggies and 1/2 bottom bun from a Jr. Deluxe hamburger
(See a sonic pattern here??, bout all we have)
Rte. 44 unsweet tea
Dinner-4 oz steak cooked on top of wood heater and a small baked sweet potato
Lots of coffee during the day, and more u/s tea

All vitamins in, but no exercise.  Must do better

Everyone have a safe day and weekend, stay warm.

We are going to Tennessee tomorrow to pick up my new horse, I'll post pics of her when I get back!!!

Hugs, and warm wishes,
Rhonda D.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with protein powder

Lunch:
beef & veg soup

Snack:
1 piece sf candy
some almonds and cashews

Dinner:
chips & salsa, a few bites of nachos

Snack:
Skinny cow NSA ice cream sandwich (soooooo good)
oatmeal later on when I got hungry

I need to figure out how I'm going to run tonight.  The community center is beckoning me...

good morning ladies,

I hear it's really cold up north.  Guess we are really lucky we live in the south and can enjoy all of this warm weather???????????
Wendy, good thing you aren't running your 5k today isn't it.   Thank goodness for the community center.
Rhonda, hope you have a great trip to Tennessee and that it warms up quickly so you can play with your new horse.
I tried to do some work in my garage this morning, but am finding I can only tolerate it for a little while at a time.  I grew up in the north, but I have long since lost all tolerance for the cold.  I could never stand to move back there.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

We need to hear from some of our friends who haven't posted in a while.  How about posting a quick update?

Hey Steve,
Thanks for the well wishes, I am going to try to sleep the trip away, I dont ride well, and we are leaving at 4:30 in the morning!!!!  And Im NOT a morning person.

I really hope it warms up soon so that I can ride her.  Its the pits going to get her and knowing I cant ride her until its at least 45-50 degrees, dont need that wind in my face and ears.  Shes going to be at the trainers for a week or so, hes gonna ride her for me, and make sure I can handle her.
Mike says its ok, I'll get plenty of riding this spring summer and fall.  We are going to try and show her in every show we can find.  Im hoping to place well enough on her in our show circuit here that I can show her at the state horse show in September in Little Rock.  Then maybe all of my OH family thats close can come and cheer us on!!!

How has you week been as a bachelor??  Mike enjoys it for a day or two when Im not here but then hes lost!!

Stay warm, talk to ya when I get back.

Rhonda
