It's COLD out there today!  I need to get back to logging my food (and now exercise!!!!), so here goes.

Breakfast:
a couple bites of oatmeal with protein powder
(it exploded in the microwave, so I lost most of it)

Lunch:
beef & vegetable soup with 4 crackers

Snack:
2 pieces sf candy plus a few more later
bottle of water with peach nectar

Dinner:
grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing

Exercise:
Ran/walked for 25 min.  I'm still on week 1 of the couch-to-5k program because I'm stretching it out after a life of slugdom.  The workouts are 3x per week before you move up a level, but I'm stretching it to 4-ish over ~1.5 weeks.  I can now complete the whole week 1 workout without dying and I notice a definite improvement in my lung capacity, so I may try a week 2 workout on Friday.  I can't decide yet if I want to rest today or do a ride on my stationary bike tonight... will have to research this since I don't want to burn out.

Y'all have a good one -- stay warm!

Hi Wendy

Great job on the exercise stuff.  I need to pick it up in that department as well.  Looks like your weight loss is going great guns too.  Congrats on that as well.  Oh, and by the way, try not to blow stuff up in the microwave.  I hear it depletes all the nutrients out of the food.
Stay warm if you can.

LOL!!!  Thanks, Steve.  We actually talked about maybe getting an OH group together for a race later in the year (someone mentioned Susan G. Komen, but there are lots to choose from), so if you want, you could join us...  ;-)

Ha Ha Ha...Wendy 2 the stalker-looking-like-a-supermodel member!  You're a nut!!!  If I didn't scare Meagan then our girls can't be scared!

So, chicken nachos aren't on the menu?  Confession....had some last night....but not a lot.  Had to stop when I felt them backing up into my esophagus!

Anybody want to trade a treadmill for an elliptical trainer?  A few years old....barely used....makes a great place to hang extra clothes....call and ask for Chubby!!!  (hee, hee)

Teeth chattering, hands frozen and was in and out all day today.  Spoke at a luncheon to promote my job.  Was a great time, and so far have had a great response.

Yesterdays food was horendus, I was in bed ALLL day w/a stinking headache.

Breakfast-Heated up pasta sauce from the night before, 3-4 bites, no pasta just the good stuff
Lunch-Tylenol 3 and sleep, lol
Snack-Popcorn
Dinner-4-5 spinach tortellini and 3-4 bites of pasta sauce (gotta love those leftovers)

Like I said, I was in bed all day, only ate when Mike made me!!!!  Much better today, and was going to workout this afternoon before I got all the way home from work, but my work cell kept ringing w/folks wanting to volunteer for our organization, so I finally gave up, pulled off the side of the road and  came home to finish out the day.  I will work out tomorrow for sure, only have to work till 12!!!

Everyone stay safe and warm tonight, sposed to be 8 here tonight!!!!  Im soooo glad Im not an eskimo.

Hey, I think us all doing a race is great, I had started the couch to 5K back before I got sick in November, going to start it over in February.  Lets DO IT!!!!!

Hugs and warm cups of SF hot chocky for alll or coffee for me!!!!
