looking for lapband buddies for support

I live in Jonesboro and I go for my consult on 01/07/09.  I am looking for buddies for support.  I am thinking of doing the band, but I am considering RNY too.  Any tips, advice, etc. is greatly appreciated.

Hi!  I had the LapBand in Nov.  One of the best decisions I have made in my life.  I feel great and I am amazed at how little I can eat and only after one fill!
