Well, I hope everybody survived the winds and rains yesterday. I got some new woodworking tools for Christmas, so I spent the day in the garage setting stuff up. Still have some organizing to do, so I guess I will fini**** today.

Survived ok, this weather is nuts, is it not?? I went to town yesterday and wore shorts and a t shirt, last night we had Christmas w/Mikes Dad and Step Mom and I was in long sleeves and jeans. WOW!!!
Food was ok for yesterday, did the last of Christmas last night, so maybe I can get back to my normal (correct) way of eating now.
Breakfast-10 wheat thins and coffee (tummy issues, wanted NO food)
Lunch-2 bites of ham and 1 bite of biscuit
Dinner-4 oz ribeye steak, 3 bites of baked potato, small slice of SF Turtle Pumpkin Cheesecake (I made it so I know it was all sugar free)
Snack-1 SF activia peach yogurt
Drank lots of tea and coffee and crystal light yesterday, gotta get back to measuring my liquid
Kidneys bothering me, so I had a Light Beer last night, no flaming, is docs orders!!!
Its cold today, we are going to the horse barn where Mike cooks lunch every Sunday, so todays food will be good for me!!!

What weather??? We got .39 inches of rain and a bit of wind, but that was it. So much for all the warnings! It's ok...rather have them error this way than the other.
I decided I'm not a good one for being off work. I just get too bored. We'r waiting for new shipments of supplies for Saint Bella, so there's no production to do. Christmas stuff is all put away, house is straightened up and here is sit. Next thing you know I'll be complaining because there isn't enough time in the day! LOL
Yesterday food wasn't too bad......until I opened the coffee-cocoa covered almonds from Starbuck's that a client gave me. They dang things are going in the trash!
My totals include 1/2 piece of quiche that is too high in fat for what I actually ate. I made it with eggbeaters and vegetarian chicken. so I know there isn't 11 grams of fat in it. Maybe a few in the crust...but not 11.
Lattes x 3- spread through out the day

snack: 7 melba toasts w/ pimento cheese
lunch: 1/2 turkey, ham and swiss sandwich
dinner: 1/2 bar-b-q pork sand, 1/4 c edamame salad, 6 tortilla chips
snack: the horrid almonds, apple
cals: 1639 fat 61 carbs 188 pro 90
