Monday's intake...

Called in sick today... not feeling well... my own fault.  Hard to admit, but here goes.  Had a drink (mixed with diet hot cocoa) with my husband last night (christmas present from his employees).  First time for a drink in years.  Was tipsy after about 1/4 cup (maybe closer to 1/3 cup).  Feel less-than-perfect this morning, but it's getting better.  Shouldn't have done it to begin with, even in "celebration".  Won't be doing it again.  Just not necessary (completely frivolous) and not even enjoyable.  Just look at those extra calories too... completely useless....
