I took the rest of today off. My son is out of school today and my daughter only went for 2 hours - so it was a good day to lay off again. At least I don't have any EXTRA kids today. I didn't MIND my daughter's friend staying with us - she is well behaved. But after ANY kid that's not mine staying with us more than a few days... I'm ready for them to leave. I only had TWO kids for a reason, you know? If I had wanted THREE, I would have HAD three.
In any event, I'm thinking about going to town later today. I have to go tomorrow too. But today is a good day to go too after being cooped up (read: iced in) for the last few days.

One more wee****il Christmas, someone needs to tell my dog. He climbed on the coffee table and grabbed one of his gifts. He then unwrapped it and is playing with his new toy. I guess he was too excited to wait. Oh well, he has more to open...yes, he is very spoiled.

Just a quick run through and back to work on Saint Bella. Glo, where my DIL works, practically sold out of our stuff today, so I've cleared the shelves of all our remaining inventory and made up what I could tonight. This just might work, folks!!! Of course I still have my real job, dinner, laundry and Christmas. No worries, it will all work out, right?

Bkfst burrito: ww tortilla, eggbeaters, turkey breakfast sausage
Lunch: Thai noodle salad made with Dreamfields pasta, soy chicken nuggets and veggies
dinner: grilled cheese and tomato soup
snacks: 3 sf ff vanilla lattes, smart pop popcorn, 2 pieces of Dove dark chocolate
cals: 1411 fat: 45 carb: 192 pro: 77

Well, today was busy to say the least, on the road all day again, but had things to do, and I got to sleep while Mike drove and talked to his dad!!!!!
Went to Arkadelphia this morning to get our fresh pork from the processor, then back to Camden, then to ElDorado to get some stuff for his dad and step mom for Christmas. So I was on the road most of the day, but as I said, was a good day.
Yesterdays food wasnt the best, as all 3 meals were on the road, and I HATE to do that.
So dont flame me and my fast food, cuz I certainly didnt eat all of any of it.
Breakfast-Sonic toaster sandwich, only 1/2 of one slice of the toast, 1/2 the ham and egg
Diet Coke
Lunch-Guts from one Chalupa from Taco Bell
Lots of Tea from sonic
Dinner-1/2 burger from Hardees w/bacon and cheese
Not the healthiest, but I focused on the meats and cheeses and not the breads. Hard to resist the bread but I was a good girl!!!
