Well, here we are, the start of another week, and a cold one at that.  Hope everyone is safe and warm.  I have tried to stay home and warm as much as possible, but had to go to town to do some quick errands.  We havent had much ice, just what has frozen on the cars and stuff, but I am not asking for any either.  Used to love winter as a kid, when I had no cares, and all I wanted was snow so that we wouldnt go to school.  Now that Im an adult, and have to be out in it, I DONT WANT IT!!!!!
Oh well, the perils of adulthood, c'est la vie!!

Yesterdays food was ok, tried NOT to eat the handle off the refridgerator from the steroids.

Breakfast-1/2 egg and cheese croissant
Coffee
Coffee
Lunch (spread over about 2 hours) 1 hot dog and a slice of wheat bread, 1cup beans and small slice of cornbread
Supper- (party at church) 1/4 tuna sandwich, 2 ritz crackers, bite of cheese ball, and 1 sausage ball
Bedtime snack-1/2 slice of ham on whole wheat w/pepper cheese

Took vitamins and calcium!!!!
Did lots of coffee drinking and had some cider at church, not good for me but was good to me, prolly had 4 oz of it.  But I wont even try to count the coffee oz and then I also had some Cranberry diet sprite!!!  Im hooked on that stuff.

Hope all is well with everyone, miss the posts from folks, Shawna, Steve, Sykoeve, where are you??????

Hugs and warm wishes,
Rhonda D.

You called me out! I'm here. Busy as all get out. I've been a little depressed at weightloss and the lack thereof so rather than throw my pity party (which was done about a month ago) I'm just going to be quiet and ride out my stall...lol. I love the winter, but seeing as how I have hardly lost a pound since winter weather came along, I'm starting to dislike it a bit. I need hot weather so food is miserable and exercise is mandatory. Ugh...this is turning into my pity party! I honestly can't remember what I ate yesterday to even write it down...lol. Food is a bi boring. I need some spice in my life.

Breakfast: Atkins Bar I think
Lunch: Chicken and Dumplings (made with lots of chicken and one of the mini rolls of refrigerator biscuits)
Snack: Popcorn which I am convinced was made by the devil...I just can't feel it when I eat it!
Dinner: Deer chili w/ cheddar cheese
Snack: Ice Cream (gasp!) Slow Churn Neapolitan...has like 70 or 80 calories per serving and pretty much rocks!

I think that was pretty accurate. Water was probably pathetic because I didn't have my normal sports bottle...I think I had 4 jugs which would be 64 ounces. All vitamins were in though!

The good news is that my chiropractor is starting me on a few light exercises for my pinched nerve so at least I am headed back in the direction of exerise again!!!!! (I have been restricted in my exercise options for the last 3-4 months because of my stupid back)

100 pounds down: 9/19/08 Onederland reached: Sometime during the week of 9/22
Weigh Date: 1/16/09 Height: 5'6" Surgery Date: 2/13/08 Current Weight: 180

Yeah, popcorn must be of the devil, b/c its so freaking good, and straight carbs and nothing nutritious!!!!  And if I eat it slow I can eat a whole bag!!!!  I discovered I could eat it, and so I do quite often. Im out now, and forgot to buy any in town today.  This prednisone makes me wanna eat all the time, so prolly good I dont have any!!!

Glad to see you back, have worried about you, I had a pity party for a while on here, so we understand.  Glad your back is better, hang in there, we shall over come!!!!

Hugs,
Rhonda D.

Hi Rhonda, Shawna and all,
I haven't been on the boards much lately.  No real problems, just kinda busy.  Still hanging around waiting to find out when the work situation will be resolved.  No news yet and I hate being in limbo.
Got all the Christmas shopping done so that is a real plus.   Saved some vacation time to take over the holidays, so that will be enjoyable.
I am ready for a warm up.  I like to be outdoors doing stuff - not in the gym exercising.  Looks like some warmer days in the near future.  I hope to get out on the golf course later this week with my daughter.  It's been too long.
Our dog has really enjoyed the ice.  She has been running all over and stopping only to eat someof the ice.   Like a kid in a candy store.
Stay warm and dry.   It will be spring before we know it.

Sorry I haven't been posting much over the last day or so.

It just got to where so few people were responding that I might as well have titled the post "what Wen ate yesterday".... so I figured I'd quit for a while until the holidays were over.  Then try to resuscitate the board.

My Christmas cards went out yesterday or the day before.  I forget.  With everything iced over and me home-bound with the kiddos... time has almost become meaningless to me.  LOL!  I am stuck in a never-ending frosted over hell!  I'm kidding really.  It's not that bad at all.  Although, tomorrow I plan on working after the inclement weather portion of the morning is open.  I'll work from home because I already got asked to watch my daughter's little friend tomorrow.  So I'll probably spend tomorrow making phone calls and computer updates.

Here is my intake for everyday since the last day I posted it (last Tuesday)...

Hi.  We've been very busy here too.  I've been working long hours and doing some filling in here and there at work.  I go to day shift next Monday though so that will be really nice to be home in the evening with my family again.  My son and d-i-l will be in on Sunday and of course, we are still not finished with the remodel yet.  We'll git-ur-done though, lol.  Since I stopped one of my fluid pills my body has been readjusting and I have been making a herculean effort to stay off the scales.  Things are kind of stalled out at the moment but I am not going to get depressed.  I'm looking back over the past year and I see everything I have to be really grateful about so I'm happy.  Here's hoping all of you have a healthy, happy Christmas.

Hi Rhonda and everyone else! I'm still alive and breathing too.....just so BUSY with this last week of school before Christmas break! It has been very hectic for me as well as for the students! My class is doing a Christmas skit for the Christmas program on Friday! All of the other second grade classes are singing a song or two but I decided to go all out.....have no idea why! Guess I just love Christmas and I got carried away! LOL! Anyway, we have been practicing every day for that and the kids are just about ready! Matter of fact, I think they are more ready than I am! Other than that, I have been going to Christmas parties right and left so I feel like I have barely had a chance to sit still, let alone find time to get on the computer!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and send a quick post to let everyone know that I am still alive! Take care and stay warm!
