Its a Great Day!!!!!

Hey guys,
Just wanted to drop in and say hey and let you all know that I am doing better.  Life has been hard, but I just had to get my big girl clothes on and say, Hey, I can and will beat this!!!

Thanks to all my OH family and all of your support of each other in all of our trials.

Also wanted to share my good day with you, since you are my closest and dearest friends in the world.

For Christmas I got a new CAR!!!!  Not brand new, but new to me and looks brand new.  99 Lincoln Town Car.  Mikey got it for me yesterday, my other one had started having some issues and so he decided I needed one he didnt have to worry about me in, also, the other was going to cost to fix what we paid for this one, so, hey, win win!!!!

I will certainly not be looking under the tree for goodies, but I have realized that my life really is pretty great and we have Christmas every day here.  Every day alive and loved is enough for me!! 

Hope you all have had a great weekend so far, Im off to a Mary Kay party, so I can kee my lil face kinda pretty!!!

P.S. To all the women out there, Mike also found me a pair of RED high heels!!!  Found them on the internet and when I called, they were here in Fordyce, and so he told me to go see if they fit and if they did, BUY them, well, they did, and I did, so !!!!!!!! New Red High Heels, originally $85, I paid $20, gotta love the bargains of others!!!  OK, I'll hush now!!!

Red shoes. I so want cute high heels. No chance....can't even get this ankle to like a measly 2 inch heel. So I'm very jealous!  That and a new car. Geeze, it's not even Christmas yet, girl!

So glad to see you back and feeling better. Keep doing what the Dr tells you to do.

Hey Susan,
Wore them to church yesterday, dug around in the closet to find something to wear with them.  WELL, I must confess, even though they were a hit!!!, I must confess, I will not be wearing them all the time till I get some ball of foot cushions, HA HA HA!!  They were cute, and folks loved them, but they are not what to wear all the time. 

I'll wear them for you sometime, and in your HONOR, but I promise, it will be to a sit down event.  I love heels, and have worn them almost every week since I lost the weight, so I wear them for you from now on, and dont be down over 2 inch heels, they are making some cute low shoes now.  Just another excuse to shop!!!

How goes the product sales??  Great I hope.

hmmmmm   does Mike want to adopt me?????

I can not complain........I got a diamond and pearl necklace.....saw the price tag...one months pay!! Got a pair of UGG boots and some expensive cologne......My man is not very good at keeping my christmas gifts a secret!!!!  But then again he is almost a kid......I am 38 he is 26!

I sure hope you are feeling better!!!   Some days its very overwhelming what we go through to lose weight and keep it off. The drs never tell us just how hard it is years down the road and how we have to keep in check with rules and new ways of life. It also seems that some health problems we have down the road seem so amplified after our surgeries. It seems like the common cold is much worse than it is. Just remember to take a minute or two for yourself daily. We put so much on ourselves that we tend to neglect our health and well being.  Even if it is a nice bath followed by those red heels and a slinky nightie......lol!!!!!

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement.  You mean so much to me, and I must get your # again. 

UGG's?? I love those things, my mom has several pair, and I want to borrow them but she has itty bitty feet!!!  Diamonds and pearls?? A classic for sure, glad you have one who finally realizes your worth.  Mike has never really done Christmas till this year, and my mom assures me he went and bought me a gift this year, on his own, w/o being told what to buy!!!
I dont really need anything, but I'll take whatever.

It would be so nice if the docs would say, Ok, here is your tool, but its not going to be easy forever, and your health will change in many many ways, so use it to your advantage.  But they dont, and we forget how easy it is to fall off the wagon, but hey,  I like wagons, so I'll just climb back on!!!

Im off to do some work myself, after being sick since November 3,  I need to show some productivity!!  Have a great day, I'll find your # and call tonight if I get home and feel like talking.  Some days I want to talk, but just dont have the energy, does that make sense??

Glad you are doing better. I know it has been pretty rough around your house this year. Sounds like you are having just a pretty good Christmas. Wow, new shoes and a car!! Pretty terrific. Take care and hope you get stronger everyday....
