Hi everyone,
Hope your week is going well.
I, for one, am ready for some sunshine.  These last few days would have been good daysto just stay in and hibernate - didn't happen though.
I will miss seeing everyone at tonight's LR support group meeting.  I am doing a craft show in LR this weekend starting tonight.   I'll hopefully sell enough pens to fund making a bunch of new ones over the holidays.  I found some new stuff I want to try to work with.  Y'all have fun tonight and save me some good info.
My daughter made us some black bean salsa yesterday - Black beans, corn, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro.  Man, was it ever good!

O.K. Steve, did I miss a day or are you just wishing it's Friday, lol.  Here's my intake for yesterday.  I took a day off from the exercise.  I was really sore since I started added some strengthening exercises to my routine and was feeling a little "punkish" from my flu shot.

I missed being there too.  Had a real good opening night last night.  Sold quite a few pens.  Still have today and tomorrow to go.  Looks like I'll get to make some more over the holidays.
