Life here is still pretty hectic.  Going to wound care every day, but next week we move to every other day.  So that means the great news of HE IS HEALING!!!! 

I, on the other hand, and getting sicker. Not sure we will be at support tomorrow night, I am on doctors orders to sleep all day, get plenty of fluids in and if I get worse, to come to the hospital. Dont really wanna go there, but some days I wonder if I shouldnt go there and get it over with.  Get the IV steroids in the system quicker and all that.

Yesterdays food was not that great, but I feel like crud and food and I dont get along.

Breakfast-1/2 cup egg beaters w/2 slices cheese
Lunch-Same as breakfast (it goes down easy)
Supper-3/4 cup wolf chili, reduced fat, w/cheddar melted in it

Lots and lots of liquid, and a protien drink at bedtime.

Im off of here to take him to wound care and then to lay on his daddys couch all day.

Just working and sleeping and working out.  I'm taking a break today from the workout though, I'm feeling especially tired.  Thinking about getting a CBC done.  I've been pretty tired and looking especially pale as of late.  I'm taking my sublingual B-12 but maybe it's not enough.  I've been working on making sure I'm getting in enouogh protein.  I got my flu shot at work last night too and my arm is really sore.

A CBC sounds like a good idea.  need to catch any problems early so you can fix em.  Good job on the working out.  I gotta do more of that.  Been a bit lax lately with doing too much other stuff.  hope your energy levels return to normal soon.

Hi all! Hope you are all well! I will be posting today but this will be my last post until probably Monday! I am leaving for Little Rock in about two hours. I will be there Thursday and Friday for workshops. Might have internet at the hotel but not sure if I will have time to post! I will be in Heber Springs Saturday and Sunday! Not sure if my friend and her husband have internet yet but if they do, I will try to drop in and check on everyone and report! If not, ya'll take care and I will see everyone on Monday!

B-cheddar cheese grits and 1 slice of ham (grilled on the griddle)

L-2 chicken nuggets and a few bites of corn and two bites of potato salad

Snack-handful of almonds

D-1/2 grilled hamburger patty with cheese melted on it and cauliflower
