Sorry to be so late getting this out here.   Been kinda covered up of late.  Thanks to Sybil for getting this out there yesterday.

Anyone hear from Jan after her surgery yesterday?

Not much new with me.  Starting to think more about getting ready for the Holidays.   I usually cook a bunch of smoked meats and stuff for folks at Thanksgiving and Christmas, but my smoker is on the fritz and with not eating much these days, I'm not sure if I am going to do much of that this year.  I still enjoy the cooking, but don't see having the time to repair the smoker in time for Thanksgiving turkeys.

I hate to miss the LR support group meeting this week, but I will not get to make it.  I am planning on next month though.  (Party time - right?)  Susan, will you save me some of the info from this week - sounds like good stuff.

Hi everyone,  I've gone back to basics with the pouch.  I'm discovering the meaning of slider foods.  I'm amazed at how little it takes to fill the pouch when eating dryer food.  Maybe I'll be able to reach my goal of losing 100 lbs by Christmas after all.

Hello everyone! Hope all of you are well and happy on this not so nice Tuesday! Kind of dreary.....wet and cold in my neck of the woods!

B- 1 turkey sausage patty and 1/4 slice wheat toast with Peanut butter on it

L-spaghetti (about 5 bites)

Snack-1/2 bag mini popcorn

D- 1 oz. pork loin and 3 bites of mashed potatoes and 2 bites of pinto beans
